Been following Vivaia for years, waiting for a physical store to appear. Safe to say, they do not disappoint, and I got my first two pairs immediately without hesitation. Great to know that you can exchange size and colour within the first seven days too! Absolutely loved it.

The young service staff here was excellent!
She grasped my requirements quickly and then helped me identify the range(s) that would interest me. We tried on a few sizes, and she explained arch support. She even went on to provide some tips when purchasing at Vivaia (offline better than online) :)
