I was served by a polite male staff member at the cashier, but the Malay woman with fair skin who handled the exchange was rude as hell. She responded to all my questions in a loud tone, repeatedly saying, "YA YA YA YA YA!" Yet she couldn't even explain that the replacement receipt could be used for a refund in the original store of purchase. All she did was "YA YA YA YA YA" throughout the entire exchange procedure! I feel sorry for the two Chinese staff members standing right next to her, who clearly had better common sense and manners than to treat customers in such a rude way. I am really shocked that, for the first time, I received such annoying and low-standard service at Uniqlo. It immediately brings down the overall good image of Uniqlo! PLEASE SEND HER FOR A REFRESHER COURSE.
