Ordered Pezzo through Foodpanda. Under the Hawaiian pizza, we found a large amount of... charcoal? It was right smack in the middle, underneath the whole pizza. We had to check under every slice and scrape off the carbon chunks. The underside was also pretty white, like undercooked.

I placed an order on January 29th. Upon receiving the item, I realised there was a shortfall of the honey glazed wings. My order was for 4 boxes of 4 pieces of wings each, but I only received 1 box of 8 pieces of wings. Please advise how I can get my refund for the shortfall of the item.

Normally, when I order the beef lasagne from other outlets like Tampines and Pasir Ris, I get a lot of sauce with the dish. However, when I ordered from Bedok Mall's Pezzo a day ago, the lasagne was sauceless. I took the whole thing out of the foil, and there was no sauce at all. The chunks of beef were also mostly tendons. They tasted like pasty fats. I called them a few times on their listed phone number, but got no response. Disappointing.

Delicious pizza, fast service, and friendly staff! The staff are Aini and Nazrin. Always my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

Pezzo has one of the better pizza doughs among all pizza fast food chains. Their pizza dough is soft and fragrant. I particularly like their Truffle Mushroom Pizza. It's really delicious. Their Hawaiian Pizza is average... They don't offer cheese powder as standard; it costs extra.
