Love this super nice CNY extract nail art done by Eileen who specially came down from Vivo outlet to draw this for me today! Thank you, Jingwen from Bedok, for the arrangement! I also want to thank Mai from Bedok who has always been very sweet and patient in doing my pedicure, ensuring that my ingrown toenails are cleaned/treated properly! Thank you, Nailz Treats! 🥰

I was served by Miko again, and she helped me choose the colour combination once more! She never fails to amaze me with her colour theory and service. I love talking to her as she is so friendly and sweet. Thank you, Miko, for your amazing service and massage! (The champagne and pink set is today's!) The purple cateye and pink set was from January 27th! That set lasted me 26 weeks, which is really insane and shows how excellent their retention is! I had a new set done with Miko again. I ran out of pink shades I liked, so she suggested a pastel lilac and blue, which suits the winter vibes so much! (It also looks like Little Twin Stars.) I can't wait to see how long this set lasts. Thank you, Miko! My last set (a purplish-pink 'silly cateye') was done by Emily! She was quick with her hands and told me that this colour looks good. I did it for CNY, and the retention is quite amazing. Thank you, Emily!

I’ve had the best eyelash application experience with Shi Mei! She’s incredibly meticulous and friendly, always ensuring that I’m comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve tried several places and different technicians, but none compare to how quick, gentle, and caring Shi Mei is. The very first time I did my lashes with her, I went to Bali’s Waterbom Park about a week later—fully soaked and splashed multiple times—and I was amazed I didn’t lose a single lash that day! I’ve been going to her for a few years now, and every visit feels personal and special. Even though I only come in when I’m heading off on holiday or have an event, she always remembers the little details I share with her and takes the time to catch up. I’ve even recommended her to my MIL, and she loves her too! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch eyelash services!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Nailz Treats for at least 4-5 years, and I am continuously impressed by the quality of service received. Special shoutout to Sydney, who consistently delivers exceptional designs that meet my expectations. Her nail art is also very long-lasting! I just wish the management would rotate staff less, as I prefer to be serviced by those with a proven track record. However, I must concede that most staff are friendly, skilled, and well-trained, with the SOPs in place. This outlet looks amazing post-renovation, and I appreciate the management for elevating the store experience. I will continue supporting them, thanks to the good and consistent service, pretty nails, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, especially for loyal patrons like me. Keep it up, team!

I had Janice and another humble Vietnamese lady work on my pedicure and manicure. Janice was very knowledgeable and shared the intricacies of foot care. She also helped me choose a nail color that was flattering and threw in a trial eyebrow shaping by Gina, who was amazing. They also gave me a personal nail buffer and shaper for hygiene purposes. Though their prices were higher than usual, they did deliver better quality.
