Be extra cautious when buying from this shop, as once you buy a wrong item, you literally have to "pay" for your mistake, even if it's only been a day!
Given that the receipt policy states no refunds but allows exchanges within 7 days, the exchanged item's price has to be more than the initial item. It is not possible to even exchange for a lower-value item and forgo the excess balance, even though their website seems to indicate that it is possible!!!
Even when I pleaded and asked if an exception was possible since it was my birthday, the store manager showed no compassion at all! Hence, I decided to leave the $100 wrong bedsheet at the store.
What a rigid, non-customer-centric policy, despite nearly every retail business facing fierce competition in the market and nearly every one of their outlets having below-average reviews!!! Buckle up or be obsolete...

The Chinese lady working there on 15 Jan was really helpful. We called in advance to check on some items, and I could tell she was very busy, but tried her best nevertheless. I also heard how rude some customers were, demanding that she check on stock levels, and she helped them out patiently as well. Overall, a good shopping experience with cute cartoon bedsheets that made my child very excited!

Please exercise caution when making payments, as I encountered a concerning incident. The staff member involved seemed highly suspicious. She scanned a higher price barcode and attempted to pass it off as an innocent mistake. It was only after I confronted her that she acknowledged her error. Given the overall shopping experience, I have valid reasons to question her intentions.
