Good service from the male staff who was patient and gave my mum suggestions. My mum bought 2 pairs of sandals. However, I had a problem scanning the receipt for CapitaStar points because the receipt was rejected due to the mall name stated on the Bata receipt as 'Bedok Shopping ML'. It should be 'Bedok Mall'.

I've been a Bata customer for many decades. This outlet at Bedok Mall makes the shopping experience a pleasure. Thanks to the staff here, who are super patient, friendly and professional. Ms. Bi Kho and Ms. Rin Choo are the best. Their service is commendable and I can't thank them enough for helping me find the perfect pair after many trials. It made my day. Highly recommend this outlet :)

We went to this BATA retail outlet because my wife was looking for a particular pair of ladies ankle boots that had caught her eye at another BATA outlet. Unfortunately, they did not have any stock of the footwear she wanted to purchase. The very friendly and diligent mature female retail staff member who was on duty at the time (just after they opened for business that morning) without hesitation tried to source online via the store's terminal to see if other outlets had stock of that particular footwear. Kudos to this particular staff member for her customer service excellence.
